Company history
On 13 February 1970, the 212th first met at Cadder Parish Church South Halls, Bishopbriggs and was enrolled after 5 trial meetings on 26 March 1970.

Under the charge of Captain Bill Carmichael, the first section to commence activities was the Junior Section, followed by Company Section in August 1970 and Anchor Boys (then Shipmates) the following year. In 1971, the Company Section held their first summer camp at Anstruther.

Since then, the company has gone from strength the strength and will look to celebrate 40 years at Cadder Parish Church in session 2009/10.

In 2011, the 40 anniversary of the 212th's first summer camp, coincides with the 125th anniversary of the first Boys' Brigade camp (by 1st Glasgow) at Tignabruich.
